ARify Studio ("ARify," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide — your name, organization and role, email address, and any details about your project or wall.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages people find useful. It sets no cookies , does not fingerprint your device, and does not build a profile of you or follow you to other websites. We cannot identify individual visitors from it. We use no advertising or tracking cookies of any kind.
We also count how often key actions are taken — such as clicking to book a call, opening a demo, or emailing us — so we can see which pages and referral sources lead to enquiries. This too sets no cookies and records no personal data: only the action, the page it happened on, and where the visit came from (a referring website or campaign tag). It is stored in aggregate and cannot be traced back to you.
AR experiences we host
When someone opens an AR experience we've built, we record anonymous usage — how many times it opened, how long the session lasted, and which in-experience links were tapped. We do not collect names, accounts or device identifiers, and we do not use it for advertising. Camera tracking runs entirely on the visitor's phone; no camera video is sent to us or stored anywhere. Aggregate figures are reported to the client who commissioned the experience.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare your AR Wall Blueprint, and discuss a possible project. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.
Service providers
Your submission is delivered to us and stored using reputable third-party email and form services, which process the data on our behalf. Our website is served by a static web host.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've shared by emailing info@arify.ca. We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to follow up or for our records.
